London Quakers

The largest worldwide conference of Friends since 1967 comes together from 17-25 April 2012 in Kenya, and we are urgently looking for volunteers who can help us with registrations and administrative preparations:

1. Twinning – linking up Meetings so that we can match offers to the Travel Fund for the World Conference with Meetings that need it most (one half day to one day a week)

2. Entering data – entering paper registrations into our online registration programme (ca. one half day a week).

3. Updating statistical visual charts – showing how people from all over the world are coming together to make this event happen (ca. one half day a week).

We would particularly welcome offers from people who can be flexible. Ideally we are looking for people who can be available from a couple of hours to a day per week on a regular basis.

We offer free tea or coffee, lunch and travel expenses.
