Small Meeting Room (Library) (7.4 x 6.3m)

This room has a high ceiling with windows on two sides, making it light and airy. It is a flexible space: there are 40 chairs and 10 tables that can be positioned as best fits your needs.

This room is on the same level as the Main Meeting Room and so is wheelchair accessible. It is attached to a small kitchenette for the provision of hot drinks and light snacks through a serving hatch.

The Venue

A beautiful and unique building with excellent facilities set within a pocket of Epping Forest, just 35 minutes from Central London (by tube). Bookings can be one-off or on a regular basis.   We have ample bicycle and car parking, accessible facilites, with induction loop and large, walled grounds.

Occupy LSX Quaker meeting

Dear Friends,

In the light of the eviction from St.Pauls please join us again for, Meeting for Worship on Sunday 4th March at 3pm near/on the steps of St. Pauls to be followed by Meeting for Worship for Business to talk about what happens next.

We also hope to have a draft Epistle ready for consideration. Look out for Quaker badges and folk carrying copies of Quaker Faith and Practice.

Meeting Room

 

8.4m x 5.6m High ceilinged with wood panelling, beams and cast iron radiators this room is more formal than others in the building. Seating up to 70, a mixture of plastic, cane backed and upholstered wooden chairs can be set up in a variety of ways giving the space flexibility. An induction loop is installed and this room is fully accessible from street level. Thick curtains enable showing film or slides onto screens during daylight.
